زاینده رود و پل خواجو ... , Khajou Bridge creates a striking profile. Take a scenic walk across the structure, which extends 132 m (433 ft) in length and a little over 20 m (65 ft) in width. Explore corridors of its upper arches to get the best view of Isfahan. Stone platforms at the foot of the arches make a popular gathering spot for locals who come to listen to the river and socialize. Originally built by Tamerlane's successors, the bridge underwent a major renovation in 1642-1667 by Shah Abbas II following the model of a 33-arch bridge downstream.
